All Kirkland Minoxidil products ordered during our business hours are shipped the same day via courier and delivered to all settlements in Bulgaria. Delivery time to cities is the next business day, and to villages 24–48 hours (call us for exact info). Delivery costs approximately 4.80 BGN for 1 piece and around 5.30 BGN for a triple 3-month pack. Payment is made to the courier upon receipt. Fixed-hour delivery costs an additional 2.40 BGN and must be mentioned and confirmed with our operator when confirming the order. Delivery to a courier office is possible if one exists in your area. The delivery fee in this case is approximately 10% lower than home delivery. Order cancellation must be done by email on the same day the order was placed. If already shipped, the customer must pay the courier service cost according to the courier’s rates.
Return and Cancellation
According to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, without paying compensation or penalty, and without incurring any costs except those under Art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55 of the CPA, within 7 days from the date of: receiving the goods by the consumer or a third party (other than the courier) indicated by the consumer; or, in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, from the date the last item was received.
The right of withdrawal may only be exercised if all the following conditions are met: the original packaging has not been opened, and the integrity of any security seals on the packaging has not been broken.
Orders placed on Saturday are shipped on the next business day – Monday.
For cash-on-delivery payments, the courier issues a postal money transfer receipt, which is a legally recognized substitute for a cash receipt. If the product has a warranty issued by the manufacturer, it will be included in the box or attached outside the package.
